Hi there, I’m Seunghyeon Lee

I am a Senior Java Backend Engineer with over 8 years of professional experience, including 6+ years building scalable Java/Spring backend systems at NAVER Cloud. My expertise spans cloud infrastructure monitoring, datacenter operations, enterprise messaging, and large-scale metric data pipelines.

A unique aspect of my career is my transition from a Datacenter Infrastructure Engineer to a Software Engineer. This journey has given me a deep, full-stack understanding of cloud infrastructure—from the physical layer to the software services running on top. I specialize in Kafka-based ingestion, zero-downtime migrations, distributed data pipelines, API performance optimization, and reliability-focused backend design.
